Epilobium canum 'Pink'
Pink California Fuchsia
Description
The pink form of California Fuchsia grows in part-shade in most areas, full shade in the interior heat, full sun in cool summer areas. The pink variety of California Fuchsia is used by hummingbirds, but not with the gusto and bravado provided by the straight California species, so I'd guess the nectar is not as delectable. - Bert Wilson www.laspilitas.com

Change spray sprinklers to low-flow bubbler or drip systems. Shrubs and trees are ideal candidates for this type of irrigation because the water is applied directly to the root zones.
